In case you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email us at info@lilyandbeau.com with your order number. We accept returns within 14 days from your initial purchase. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted. You will receive a full refund back to your original method of payment once the return is received and accepted. **Please note that any sale or clearance items are final sale. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or cancellations.** 

Quick Tips:

+ In order to return an item, you must first e-mail us at info@lilyandbeau.com with your order # and why you would like to return the items.

+ All items must be postmarked for return within 14 days.

+ Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all of the tags still on them.

+ All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. Return requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.

+ All bedding, stuffed toys, teethers, hair accessories, underwear, socks, swimwear, and tights are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted as a return.

+ All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Lily & Beau, please make sure your return meets our return policy requirements.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You can choose your preferred carrier. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns due to the length of international delivery.
Please keep in mind that we are a very small, family run business. For this reason, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Thank you!
